Let me just say... I had an incredible weekend. Friday night started it all off with the Father/Daughter Dance at our church. This is a formal event and my Dad came from Columbia to spend the evening with Kallie and I. We had a blast getting all dolled up, and just spending time with one of the most important men in both of our lives... our Daddy. What an incredible person we are blessed with to call "Dad". I could go on and on about the million reasons why I love him, but most importantly I love him for the way he is an incredible man of God, and for the way he loves his family. There is no doubt in my mind that I am loved by my father, and what a great feeling that is. I apologize ahead of time for the quality of these pictures - we were in a very dark gym, so it was hard to get the right lighting. Here's a few of my favorite pictures from the night. :) Click on the thumbnail to see the big picture!

So after we had a great time at the dance, we left Olathe and headed to Columbia for the weekend. Here's a little preview of what we spent our weekend doing:
Mom, Kallie and I went on a beautiful long walk on Saturday morning - soaking up the sun :)
Lots of yummy food, including burgers on the grill, ribs, and kick-a-poo bars... yummm!
Spent our Saturday afternoon walking around downtown Columbia (a beautiful town) - we went to the True/False festival, Jason found a new laptop ;) , found a yummy ice cream place, and went into some cute clothing stores.
Laughed until our stomachs hurt over the infamous poopy list
Played a few rounds of Family Feud, and ended the night with Whodunit (I lost.)
Went shopping after church
Enjoyed the beautiful 70 degree weather!!!
So yeah... what an incredible weekend. I love my family.
I am so blessed.
